what is cooking to me?
cooking: an endothermic reaction during which energy in the form of heat is applied to certain substances or reactants favoring the forward reaction to reach equilibrium in the system. In certain occaisions when the reaction tends too much to the right side, a black, charred and powdery substance, which can be referred to as "burnt" may appear on the product(s). I have had many opportunities to study this bitter substance as most of my experimentations have resulted in a large quantity it.

needless to say, i'd rather do a lab than cook a.k.a i do not cook. so far, my reportoire consists of insant or soup noodles, omlets, microwaveables, frozen french fries and tater tots, kraft dinner, and most cake or cookie mixes.
